Les présentes conditions générales d'utilisation (CGU) encadrent l'accès au site wikibuild.io et son utilisation. En naviguant sur le site, vous acceptez ces conditions.

3. Accès au site

Le site est accessible gratuitement. Nous faisons notre possible pour qu'il soit disponible en permanence, mais nous pouvons en suspendre l'accès, notamment pour maintenance, sans préavis ni indemnité.

4. Formulaires, essai gratuit et démonstration

Lorsque vous remplissez un formulaire (essai gratuit, contact) ou réservez une démonstration, vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et à ne communiquer que des données que vous êtes autorisé à transmettre.

Une demande d'essai ou de contact ne crée aucun contrat. L'accès à l'application WikiBuild et l'abonnement font l'objet d'une offre ou d'un contrat signé avec Wikibuild SRL.

5. Prix

Les prix affichés sur le site, y compris dans le simulateur de tarifs, sont donnés à titre indicatif et s'entendent hors TVA. Seuls l'offre ou le contrat signé font foi.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

Les contenus du site (textes, visuels, captures, logo et marque WikiBuild) sont protégés. Vous pouvez les consulter pour votre usage personnel, mais toute reproduction ou réutilisation sans l'accord écrit préalable de Wikibuild SRL est interdite.

7. Utilisation interdite

Il est interdit d'utiliser le site d'une manière qui pourrait nuire à son fonctionnement ou à des tiers, notamment :

• tenter d'accéder sans autorisation aux systèmes du site ou de l'application ;
• extraire massivement son contenu par des moyens automatisés ;
• envoyer via les formulaires des messages publicitaires non sollicités, des contenus illicites ou des fichiers malveillants.

8. Liens externes

Le site contient des liens vers des services tiers (par exemple Calendly pour la prise de rendez-vous, ou LinkedIn). Ces services ont leurs propres conditions et politiques, dont Wikibuild SRL n'est pas responsable.

9. Responsabilité

Wikibuild SRL veille à la qualité des informations du site, sans garantir qu'elles soient complètes ou exemptes d'erreur. Dans les limites permises par la loi, Wikibuild SRL n'est pas responsable des dommages indirects liés à l'utilisation du site ou à son indisponibilité.

These terms of use govern access to and use of the wikibuild.io website. By browsing the website, you accept these terms.

2. Publisher

3. Access to the website

The website is free to access. We do our best to keep it available at all times, but we may suspend access, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.

4. Forms, free trial and demo

When you fill in a form (free trial, contact) or book a demo, you agree to provide accurate information and to share only data you are entitled to share.

A trial or contact request does not create a contract. Access to the WikiBuild application and subscriptions are covered by a quote or contract signed with Wikibuild SRL.

5. Prices

Prices shown on the website, including in the pricing simulator, are indicative and exclude VAT. Only the signed quote or contract is binding.

6. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, visuals, screenshots, the WikiBuild logo and brand) is protected. You may view it for your personal use, but any reproduction or reuse without the prior written consent of Wikibuild SRL is prohibited.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the website in a way that could harm its operation or third parties, in particular by:

• attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems of the website or the application;
• extracting its content on a large scale by automated means;
• sending unsolicited advertising, unlawful content or malicious files through the forms.

8. External links

The website contains links to third-party services (for example Calendly for booking a demo, or LinkedIn). These services have their own terms and policies, for which Wikibuild SRL is not responsible.

9. Liability

Wikibuild SRL takes care over the quality of the information on the website, without guaranteeing that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Wikibuild SRL is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website or its unavailability.

Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden regelen de toegang tot en het gebruik van de website wikibuild.io. Door op de website te surfen, aanvaardt u deze voorwaarden.

2. Uitgever

De website wordt uitgegeven door Wikibuild SRL, Square des Primevères 31, 1332 Rixensart, België, KBO 0793.491.771. Alle gegevens staan in de juridische informatie.

3. Toegang tot de website

De website is gratis toegankelijk. We doen ons best om ze altijd beschikbaar te houden, maar we kunnen de toegang opschorten, met name voor onderhoud, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving of vergoeding.

4. Formulieren, gratis proefperiode en demo

Wanneer u een formulier invult (gratis proefperiode, contact) of een demo boekt, verbindt u zich ertoe juiste informatie te verstrekken en alleen gegevens te delen die u mag doorgeven.

Een aanvraag voor een proefperiode of contact doet geen overeenkomst ontstaan. De toegang tot de WikiBuild-applicatie en abonnementen worden geregeld via een offerte of overeenkomst die met Wikibuild SRL wordt ondertekend.

5. Prijzen

De prijzen op de website, ook in de prijssimulator, zijn indicatief en exclusief btw. Alleen de ondertekende offerte of overeenkomst is bindend.

6. Intellectuele eigendom

De inhoud van de website (teksten, beelden, schermafbeeldingen, het logo en het merk WikiBuild) is beschermd. U mag ze raadplegen voor persoonlijk gebruik, maar elke reproductie of hergebruik zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van Wikibuild SRL is verboden.

7. Verboden gebruik

Het is verboden de website te gebruiken op een manier die de werking ervan of derden kan schaden, met name door:

• te proberen zonder toestemming toegang te krijgen tot de systemen van de website of de applicatie;
• de inhoud op grote schaal met geautomatiseerde middelen te extraheren;
• via de formulieren ongevraagde reclame, onwettige inhoud of schadelijke bestanden te versturen.

8. Externe links

De website bevat links naar diensten van derden (bijvoorbeeld Calendly om een demo te boeken, of LinkedIn). Deze diensten hebben hun eigen voorwaarden en beleid, waarvoor Wikibuild SRL niet verantwoordelijk is.

9. Aansprakelijkheid

Wikibuild SRL zorgt voor de kwaliteit van de informatie op de website, zonder te garanderen dat ze volledig of foutloos is. Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, is Wikibuild SRL niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade door het gebruik van de website of de onbeschikbaarheid ervan.
